As an Executive Recruiter, you will partner with leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, and create a strong candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values. You’ll play a key role in building teams that drive performance and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical and hard-to-fill roles ensuring candidate quality, screening rigor, and execution accuracy throughout the hiring process.
Source, assess, and engage top talent.
Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Use recruiting data to improve outcomes and processes.
What We’re Looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
What You’ll Need for Success
Strong recruiting and sourcing experience for professional or leadership roles.
Ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with senior leaders.
Working knowledge of compliant hiring practices and candidate assessment.
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Business-minded, persistent, and solutions-oriented approach.
