The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Executive Producer with a sharp eye, strong instincts, and deep experience producing integrated campaigns that span motion, live action, and digital. You’ll oversee production across a diverse mix of global clients (think: gaming, tech, entertainment), guiding projects from concept through delivery while ensuring work is executed at the highest creative and production standards.

The work often blends film and video production with digital and content-driven executions, so you’re comfortable navigating multiple mediums and building the right teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. You are both a strategic leader and a production expert, able to support teams, build strong client partnerships, and ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee production across integrated campaigns that combine motion, live action, and digital components

• Provide leadership and guidance to producers and production teams across multiple projects

• Partner closely with creative, strategy, and client services leadership to ensure production supports the overall vision and business goals

• Lead high-level production planning including scoping, resourcing, budgeting, and timelines

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a senior production partner throughout campaigns

• Vet and oversee vendors, partners, and freelance crews, both locally and internationally

• Support teams in solving complex production challenges while protecting creative integrity and delivery timelines

• Champion strong production practices, processes, and creative standards across all work

What You’ll Bring:
• 10+ years of experience in production, with significant experience leading campaigns spanning motion, live action, and digital work

• Experience working with top-tier brands and agencies

• A strong track record of overseeing complex productions and managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Deep expertise in production budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, and vendor management

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and support production teams

• Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships

• Passion for collaboration, creativity, and pushing what’s possible

• Ability to travel for shoots or activations as needed
