About the Role

EC have an opportunity for an Executive Producer to join our Projects team. Reporting into the Global Project Director, you’ll act as the client-facing lead on flagship projects, supported by a team of Producers, Production Managers, and Creatives. You’ll also partner with Growth and Account teams to shape pitches and proposals that win hearts and minds. A seasoned Executive Producer with deep experience in live events and large scale, B2B creative conferences.

A natural leader who inspires teams, mentors talent, and creates a high-performing, balanced environment. 

Commercially astute, with a proven ability to manage budgets and deliver profitable projects.

Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and confident managing senior stakeholders.

Collaborative by nature – you bring together creative, technical, and production disciplines seamlessly.

An adept multitasker, able to keep top level oversight of multiple projects at any one time and able to spot and handle issues before they snowball.

You thrive on international projects – equally organized and efficient on the road as you are in the office.

You’re a passionate project manager and a confident communicator, both in person and in writing, with exceptional attention to detail.

You’re not afraid to push creative boundaries while maintaining the right balance between innovation and delivery.

You have a strong network of suppliers, freelancers, and fixers, and you’re skilled at managing these relationships – from briefing and negotiating budgets to driving timelines.

Passionate about sustainability and committed to finding smarter, greener ways to deliver extraordinary work.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Project Leadership

Own the delivery of major projects from concept to reconciliation, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and EC’s creative vision.

Interpret briefs and lead scoping, strategy, and execution, working closely with Growth on pitches and RFQs.

Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including Producers, Production Managers, Creatives, and Technical Directors.

Act as the linchpin between client, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage.

Client Engagement

Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, managing relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

Leading with a client-first mentality, always focused on driving success against their KPIs.

Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions that elevate client experiences.

Represent EC in pitches, presentations, and key meetings, inspiring confidence through storytelling and insight.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

Own project budgets, timelines, and profitability, balancing creative ambition with commercial realities.

Establish clear communication and review channels, ensuring scope and deliverables are understood and met.

Drive post-event reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Innovation & Sustainability

Champion new ways of working, integrating technology and sustainable practices into project delivery.

Share ideas for process improvements and contribute to EC’s mission to make the extraordinary everlasting.
