Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to both the CEO and Founder. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling both professional and personal support tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, travel, and appointments
Assist with planning and coordinating corporate and personal events
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure smooth operations
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Experience with scheduling tools and calendars
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Eager to learn and grow within the role
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Event planning or coordination experience
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
