Job Description
Switchboard is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support our client, the Founder of a fast-growing consumer brand. This is not a traditional corporate admin role — it’s a hands-on, high-trust position built around flexibility, initiative, and partnership. You’ll be the right hand to an entrepreneur, helping run both the business and the day-to-day life that surrounds it.
You’ll thrive here if you’re organized but adaptable, steady under pressure, and energized by bringing order and follow-through to a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day executive support: manage inbox, calendar, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
• Act as a point of contact and gatekeeper, triaging incoming requests and communications
• Handle personal logistics: appointments, errands, reservations, travel planning, gift sourcing, and home-life coordination as needed
• Coordinate and track orders, shipments, and inventory with external partners and internal teammates
• Support vendor and partner relationships, including communication, documentation, and follow-through on action items
• Assist with client and partner-facing logistics for meetings, events, and special projects
• Support basic finance operations such as organizing receipts, preparing simple invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating with bookkeeping/accounting
• Maintain and streamline systems across digital tools (Google Workspace, project boards, CRM, and internal docs)
• Draft and organize documents, recaps, and light research to support clear decision-making
• Take ownership of special projects that make the Founder’s work and life run more smoothly
Requirements:
• Previous experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior leader in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing both professional and personal tasks for one primary person
• Strong organizational instincts with the ability to juggle moving pieces without dropping details
• High discretion and judgment; you handle sensitive information and personal matters with care
• Confident communicator who is proactive, follows through, and doesn’t need hand-holding
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, project management tools, messaging platforms, and basic finance/CRM software
Benefits:
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + discretionary bonus
Location: Denver, CO - Hybrid
