Reporting of the role
This role reports to: Manager, Programmatic
In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
• Manage and get familiar with the whole operations workflow, from trafficking, campaign setup to reporting
In six months:
• Able to handle all kinds of operation duties independently
• Ability to spot, investigate and sort out any problem with the campaigns
• Independently manage a few accounts
• Work with various technology partners to deliver the best results for campaigns
In 12 months:
• Well-equipped with campaign management skills
• Being experienced as a senior role to offer trainings to newcomers
• Assist in product development and enhancement
• Experience in running programmatic campaigns across various channels
What your day job looks like at WPP Media:
• Work within the Programmatic team to ensure all campaigns run smoothly and work with Client Growth team closely
• Handle day to day trafficking, campaign setup & operational requests
• Closely monitor all campaigns to ensure the delivery and pacing is on track, report any anomalies to the Director. Responsible for monitoring the daily, weekly and month end report dashboard and include commentaries and optimisation insights & strategies when necessary
• Communicate with agency teams as necessary on campaign-related matters
What you’ll bring:
• 1-year professional experience with digital marketing agency, ad network or other digital media company. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge along with a passion for digital.
• Experienced in leveraging AI to work more efficiently
• Result-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and under supervision once objectives have been set.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Experience managing digital ad campaigns across various channels
• Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologies
• Understanding of programmatic buying, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting will be a bonus.
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
