Executive Office Administrator

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Executive Office Administrator to join our Commercial Training Solutions team in Seattle, WA. In this role, the focus will be on supporting four executives.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements
• Monitor designated business traveler's logistics and generate expense reports
• Assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verify payments to corporate credit cards.
• Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature.
• Develop a clear understanding of global business operations and strategic priorities to apply sound judgment when rescheduling or prioritizing meetings
• Communicate a wide variety of information with multiple audiences, both verbally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines.
• Track and maintain information relevant to organizational operations and schedules.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining information relative to department and business operations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years travel planning and expense experience
• 3+ years global calendar and meeting coordination
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Associate degree in business or related field
• Strong independent decision making
• Good at prioritizing work and broad bandwidth capability
• Strong team player that works well with peers, leaders, customers, team and all stakeholders
• Highly professional attitude that builds strong trusting relationships

Summary pay range: $63,750 – $86,250
