In dieser Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für die direkte Betreuung der Vorstände und anderer wichtiger Stakeholder mit höchsten Anforderungen an IT-Performance. Zusätzlich unterstützt du bereichsinterne Projekte in der Koordination, Planung und Umsetzung. Deine Aufgaben: Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Executives: Biete unseren Executives erstklassige on-site Unterstützung und Beratung bei technischen Fragen, Problemen und Einrichtungen. Informiere dich über technische Neuerungen und Probleme innerhalb des Bereichs. Effiziente Anfragenbearbeitung: Analysiere und bearbeite eingehende Anfragen schnell und präzise. Dokumentiere die Problemstellungen für eine strukturierte Abarbeitung. Teamarbeit und nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten: Arbeite proaktiv mit dem Team und den nachgelagerten Supporteinheiten zusammen, um tiefe technische Probleme effizient zu lösen. Demand Management: Bearbeite IT Anforderungen und Anfragen gemäß unserer Richtlinien und finde Lösungen für komplexe und nicht standardisierte Anfragen. Projektkoordination: Unterstütze Expert:innen im Bereich bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich
