Job Description

As an Executive within the Investor Services team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely transfer agency activities while maintaining excellent service standards. You will manage a broad range of investor related processes and act as a key point of contact for clients and investors.

What you will do

• You'll manage the full transfer agency process including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, trade processing and investor reporting
• You'll communicate daily with clients and investors and handle all investor instructions with accuracy and timely delivery
• You'll ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, Customer Due Diligence and approvals for Omnibus Accounts and Politically Exposed Persons
• You'll provide accurate and up to date investor information, registers and reports to Accounting and Company Secretarial teams
• You'll identify and escalate potential client issues, maintain strong information security practices and support ongoing operational planning

About You

• You have proven experience in transfer agency operations, investor services or fund administration
• You have strong understanding of regulatory requirements including FATCA, CRS and Customer Due Diligence
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client and investor relationships
• You have high attention to detail with strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• You are proficient in investor reporting systems and comfort working in a deadline‑driven environment
