We are looking for a dedicated Executive Housekeeper who will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service.

About the role:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with established hotel policies and procedures.
• Lead and direct the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional level of service and ensure that guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage the department’s budget, labor costs, and administrative functions pertaining to the housekeeping operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, promoting professional development and engagement.
• Implement effective housekeeping procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
• Familiarity with quality assurance standards and housekeeping best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing demands.
