for the Hymnos Zakynthos Luxury Collection

(season 2026)

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service within our luxury collection property. You will lead a talented housekeeping team to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.

About the role:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure that all areas of the property meet the established cleanliness and service standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee compliance with quality assurance and safety protocols.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
