This is for a one-year fixed-term contract.
Position Summary
This is a role in LSEG’s Global Travel and Administration function. You will have the ability and skills to collaborate with all levels of employees within the Group, along with the flexibility and can-do attitude the role dictates. This role provides an admin service to colleagues across London Stock Exchange Group. This role requires an experienced, calm professional with experience in the financial services industry.
This role operates on a rotational shift basis to support global business operations.

Role Responsibilities
Key Administrative Responsibilities
• Create and manage purchase requisitions within LSEG financial systems.
• Perform supplier onboarding and process Purchase Order (PO) receipts.
• Monitor supplier invoices across the full payment lifecycle, resolving discrepancies and coordinating with third‑party suppliers.
• Process and reconcile travel‑related payments and prepare inter‑company cross‑charging reports.
• Apply the Global Travel & Expense Policy, ensuring compliance and escalating any breaches.
• Manage employee access to travel booking tools, including onboarding and deboarding of user profiles.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative processes.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer issues involving ground‑transfer suppliers.
• Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc reports for travel‑related suppliers.
Merchandise Store & Inventory Management Support
• Analyse product sales, stock turnover, and inventory levels to support merchandise demand forecasting.
• Maintain and update databases to meet reporting, tracking, and analysis requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to update and enhance Merchandise Store intranet pages.
Administrative & Cross‑Functional Support
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Maintain office systems, including data management, documentation, and filing structures.
• Contribute to meeting SLAs and KPIs while upholding world‑class productivity and service standards.
Workplace Flexibility
• Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing workload in line with business needs.
• Ability to work on a 24‑hour shift rotation as required by the business.
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Finance or Accountancy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in administrative functions within financial services or another fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with organizational templates and standards.
• Strong knowledge of supplier payment platforms and LSEG‑applied processes.
• Technical background or certification is an advantage; working knowledge of ServiceNow preferred.
• Knowledge of AI applications within Accounts Payable processes is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Skilled in presenting analytical insights using reports and visual tools.
• Strong critical‑thinking capabilities to analyse, and evaluate information effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external business relationships.
• Competence in managing project resources, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing deliverables.
• Understanding of systems, data compliance, and privacy requirements.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
