Responsibilities
• Implemented SKU lineup optimization based on product categorization to improve share of search, ad visibility, and overall marketplace performance.
• Managed and optimized ad performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate to maintain strong ad rankings and competitiveness.
• Conducted always-on performance analysis to identify peak shopping periods and optimize category and budget allocation.
• Optimized category-level advertising performance to drive GMV growth, improve revenue contribution, and enhance overall ROI.
• Analyzed TikTok Shop performance and identified high-impact channels (e.g. live streaming) to improve efficiency and engagement through better investment allocation.
• Monitored campaign results and provided insights and recommendations to support continuous optimization.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, media planning, or performance marketing (agency or brand side).
• Familiarity with major eCommerce and digital platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Meta, and/or Google.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce performance metrics (e.g. GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, traffic, new buyer acquisition).
• Comfortable working with data and performance reports to derive actionable insights.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns or tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
