We are currently recruiting for a 'Executive Distribution (Servicing)' on behalf of our partner. Explore the opportunity below and apply today if you meet the qualifications!

Job Purpose

1. Driving the SDOFR promises across the respective regions. This will entail analysis of the SDOFR trends, identification of improvement action plans and the implementation of the same.

2. Analysis of coverage and stocks at depo level and expedite supplies from plant and TL to depots

3. Regular monitoring of service levels against KPIs and act on the same

4. To ensure adequate opening & closing stocks at depots

5. Meet key performance parameters for servicing like placement at Plants / OPCs / TLs for depots, STO aging at TL , SOFR , SOFR spread , RSL , average length of stock out and VSL .

6. Drive the allotted projects on cost, servicing etc.

Business Responsibility Areas

1. Identifying and driving the improvement action plans for the SDOFR and OFR promises for the regions. The improvement plans can range from regular co-ordination with stakeholders, best practices/processes to Kaizens, projects etc.

2. Creation of deliveries for critical SKUs / Upload of critical SKU in SAP for dispatches from plant and TL considering coverage and low stock SKUs to ensure service levels.

3. Regular monitoring of stock outs and low stocks and actioning on low stocks cases by coordinate with plant / CFA team / transporters / OBL team / production planning to ensure service levels

4. To co-ordinate with plant admin team / commercial team / purchase product team / TL operations team to ensure timely dispatches of stocks and critical SKUs.

5. Keep tab on stock outs, sale loss and ALS and ensure servicing to depots on time and in full.

6. Ensuring adequate dispatches from dispatch centers so as to ensure the smooth operations at the DCs.

7. Keep tab on old stocks at plants and do allocation to sales depots as per alignment with sales team.

8. Work on Executive development projects assigned in area of new initiative or systemic changes / data analysis for improving servicing parameters.

• Previous Experience: For Executive-I level:  None
• Essential : UG : B.Com in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization , Science Graduate
• Desired: Post Graduate diploma in materials management
• Functional Competencies: Conversant with Excel, Word, SAP, Power Point

Behavioral Competencies: Communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Scope of Work

a) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): Coordinate with OBL, TL operations, plant admin , sales team , commercial & purchase product team to ensure timely servicing of stocks but no direct repartee

b) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide): Service to sales depots of North regions

c) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other): Servicing to sales depots of North regions

Internal: Sales team , New Product team , Purchase product team , production planning team and OBL team , Purchase product team

External: CFA team / OPCs vis commercial & purchase product team
