Executive Director - Project Delivery (Theme Parks)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an exceptional Executive Director - Project Delivery (Theme Parks) to lead the development and execution of our innovative theme park projects. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that our vision of creating a world-class entertainment destination is achieved with excellence and efficiency.

As the Executive Director, you will drive the successful planning and execution of multiple theme park initiatives, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones on time and within budget. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of creativity, safety, and outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall project delivery strategy for theme park development, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's mission and objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end project delivery process, from conceptual design to operational readiness, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, engineering, and operational teams to ensure that project designs meet performance expectations and guest engagement standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and streamline project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Present regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of safety, innovation, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop project delivery teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on theme parks or large-scale entertainment projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from initial planning through implementation.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes specific to theme parks and attractions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Deep familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management practices.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and understanding of market trends in the entertainment sector.
