The Difference You Make:

The Leveraged Loan Sales professional is responsible for leading the distribution and execution of leveraged loan and high yield products across a broad institutional client base, including asset managers, insurance companies, and financial institutions. The role drives revenue generation through proactive client engagement, differentiated market insight, and seamless coordination across the platform, in alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.

• Own and develop senior-level client relationships, delivering differentiated market color, trade ideas, and execution across primary and secondary markets.
• Drive day-to-day client activity with a focus on revenue generation, liquidity provision, and consistent delivery of high-quality execution.
• Lead the strategic dissemination of desk axes, leveraging technology and analytics to optimize client targeting, enhance distribution, and improve execution outcomes.
• Provide forward-looking insights on market trends, credit developments, and macroeconomic conditions, positioning the desk as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Partner closely with Research to originate and articulate actionable trade ideas, relative value opportunities, and thematic investment views.
• Collaborate with Syndicate to execute primary transactions, playing a key role in new issue marketing, bookbuilding, and allocation strategy.
• Contribute to broader franchise growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding wallet share, and strengthening the firm’s market presence.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business or equivalent field. - Required.
• Master's Degree: Business or equivalent field. - Preferred.

• 12+ Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience. - Required.

• Demonstrated thought leader in banking products and services.
• Very strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by both excellent verbal and written communication.
• Expert presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, as well as analytical skills.
• Demonstrated complex contact negotiation/creation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
• Ability to analyze/understand leading technologies and companies.
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into information.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others.

Certifications:

• Series 7 and 63

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:

• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience in Microsoft Office products.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$250,000.00 USDMaximum:

$320,000.00 USD
