You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a key driver of how we select, integrate, and accelerate executive talent. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in executive assessment, coaching, and leadership development with a data-driven mindset and an enterprise-first approach.

In this role, you will administer and review executive assessments, build and launch a scalable executive onboarding program, and partner closely with executives, Executive Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure leaders are set up for long-term success. You will influence decisions with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assessment

• Translate assessment data into decision-quality recommendations that inform hiring, development, and succession.

• Facilitate onboarding touchpoints, workshops, and briefings that accelerate executive integration and performance.

• Partner with HRBPs, Executive TA, and business leaders to tailor onboarding plans to strategic needs.

• Develop tools, resources, and measurement strategies (NPS, time-to-productivity, 90-day outcomes) to evaluate effectiveness.

Strategic Talent Partnership

• Serve as a consultative partner to Executive TA, HRBPs, and senior leadership teams.

• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and elevate leadership effectiveness.

• Create executive-ready materials (1-pagers, briefs, dashboards) that drive alignment and action.

• Champion a high-performance, inclusive leadership culture through thought leadership, facilitation, and coaching.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive assessments, executive coaching, human capital consulting, or leadership development.

• Expertise with leadership assessments (competency/behavioral models, psychometrics, 360s) and structured behavioral interviewing.

• Proven facilitation and executive communication skills; credible at VP+ levels.

• Demonstrated ability to architect and launch programs from concept to scale.

• Data-driven decision-maker skilled in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations.

• Highly collaborative, relationship-oriented, and effective in a matrixed environment.

• Strong consultative capabilities: diagnose needs, frame solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.

• Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent).

• Experience supporting executive-level talent in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex organizations.
