Your Role in the Spotlight:

As our Executive Sales Consultant, you’ll be the expert customers trust to help them see their space in a whole new way. In this role, you will:

Turn warm leads into winning relationships by meeting with customers in their homes and in our galleries to design custom window treatment solutions

Conduct in-home consultations that blend style, function, and budget—no high-pressure sales, just thoughtful recommendations

Guide customers from first impression to final installation, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience every step of the way

Build lasting relationships by following up after installations to confirm satisfaction and create loyal, repeat customers

Collaborate with internal teams (service, installation, and support) to deliver a seamless and elevated customer experience

Expand your reach through B2B connections, networking with designers, builders, and other partners to grow your pipeline

Represent Bay View Shade & Blind in our galleries and at events, showcasing our products, expertise, and nearly 100 years of craftsmanship

Stay current on product knowledge and design trends, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant—not just a salesperson

Compensation: 

With our unwavering dedication to customer experience, we have designed a compensation plan that will motivate and reward you. You'll start with a generous base pay and gradually transition through base plus commission stages until you reach your final phase of 100% commission. After reaching your final phase you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, paving the way for substantial financial success.
