Compensation & Earnings Potential:

Paid training during your first 30 / 60 / 90 days

Base pay during ramp-up, transitioning to commission

Top performers earn $150,000 – $170,000+ annually

What You’ll Do:

Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and goals

Design custom window treatment solutions tailored to each home

Measure and plan projects accurately

Present solutions and guide clients through confident decision-making

Coordinate with our installation team for seamless project execution

Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
