The Opportunity

As an Executive Design Consultant, you will:

Meet with warm, pre-qualified clients in their homes

Build trust and guide clients confidently to a decision

Manage projects from consultation to installation

Generate referrals and repeat business

This is consultative selling — not transactional retail sales.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is for driven, self-managed sales professionals who:

Have a proven sales track record

Are confident asking for and closing the sale

Thrive on performance-based compensation

Build long-term client relationships

Want autonomy with strong operational support

Experience in in-home sales, design sales, remodeling, home improvement, luxury retail, or commission-based environments is preferred.
