Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu creation, staff management, and maintaining high culinary standards. Vione Paros is renowned for its exquisite blend of traditional Greek cuisine with contemporary culinary techniques, presenting an opportunity to showcase creativity and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design menus that reflect the culinary vision of Vione Paros, focusing on seasonal and local ingredients.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen team, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.
• Ensure all culinary preparations meet quality standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food costs and manage inventory efficiently to optimize resources while maintaining quality.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on food quality and service, making necessary adjustments to improve both.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food prep, organization, and cleanliness.
Requirements:
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage
