• Overseeing daily kitchen operations, hiring, training, and supervising kitchen staff.
• Creating and innovating menus, planning dishes, and developing recipes.
• Estimating food requirements, managing food and labor costs, and controlling inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, while adhering to and enforcing food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Leading the culinary team, managing their activities, and providing guidance and training
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Extensive culinary experience and creativity.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
• Budgeting and financial management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
