•Overlooking 1 all day dining restaurant with a Churrascaria and Steakhouse concept, 1 Pizzeria – Trattoria restaurant, 1 Sports Bar, In-Room Dining and a large meeting and conference space of 1,100 sqm.
•Maintain a professional and transparent relationship with team members and peers.
•Lead, recommend and plan food promotion with the DFB and the outlets sous chefs to maintain the food product attractive to our regular guests
•Lead by example, result oriented, hands on, adaptable to market situation and open minded to changes.
•At least 5 years’ management experience with a similar International mid scale brand and a previous work experience in Thailand (Bangkok will be a plus)
•Proven track records in similar size property with large catering and M.I.C.E operation, 2 theme restaurants and a busy sports bar.
•Hands on management approach and able to work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure their personal development and product knowledge.
•Well-versed in HACCP procedures, food safety process and food waste management.
•Good command of written and spoken English
