Executive | Audience & CES | Noida Area, Remote

We’re looking for an Executive – Audience & CES to join our Global Operations team. This is an internally facing role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across quantitative and qualitative research operations while building strong commercial and delivery skills.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our delivery and client service teams by producing accurate costings, assessing feasibility, and responding to fast‑paced RFQs—often within the same day.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Costing Support

Respond quickly and accurately to RFQs from global delivery teams

Provide costing, feasibility and delivery insights to support client proposals

Assess project feasibility across Direct Access Panels, internal panels and third‑party vendors.

Vendor Management

Support the monitoring and management of project costs

Liaise with external suppliers to identify the best solutions for cost requests

Attend vendor review sessions and help maintain up‑to‑date supplier databases

About You:

You’re curious, organised, and keen to learn. You don’t need to know everything already—but you do bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to build a career in research operations. 

You’ll bring:

Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal)

Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

High attention to detail and pride in your work

A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to ask questions

Interest in market research methodologies and

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate Excel and above)

Experience with Google Sheets

Familiarity with feasibility tools or DIY analysis platforms

Knowledge of Power BI is a plus, but not essential

With the majority of the team based in the UK, excellent command of English, both written and verbal and working UK hours is essential.
