Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Operations & Calendar Management
• Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones (US, India, APAC)
• Prioritize meetings aligned to strategic objectives
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing notes
• Ensure disciplined follow-up and action tracking
2. Strategic Initiative Support
• Support quarterly and annual planning cycles
• Track CEO-level goals and cross-functional initiatives
• Assist in preparation of board decks, investor materials, and executive presentations
• Monitor progress on key revenue, product, and expansion initiatives
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Draft executive-level communications (internal announcements, partner outreach, investor updates)
• Coordinate with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Delivery, and Finance
• Serve as liaison between CEO and leadership team
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive corporate matters
4. Travel & Event Coordination
• Manage domestic and international travel logistics
• Coordinate executive participation in conferences, summits, and client events
• Prepare briefing materials for strategic meetings
5. Process Optimization
• Identify inefficiencies in executive workflows and improve them
• Establish systems for document management and meeting cadence
• Support automation using AI tools and digital workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–10+ years supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a tech or product company
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand financial, product, and strategic discussions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High discretion and emotional intelligence
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable working across US and India time zones
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, and modern AI productivity tools
