Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Assistant to top leadership partners including calendar, meetings, workflow, material preparation, general administrative & Add-hoc Legal team support.
- Financial tracking and processing of all legal fees for the firm (billing, expenses, travel, others). Legal vendor management.
- Support the efficient operation of the in‑house legal function by coordinating legal administration, external counsel engagement, matter management, reporting, and compliance related activities.
- Process Improvement, systems & knowledge Management.
Job Requirements and Preferences
Education: Business related bachelor degree is a plus with interest in Finance, Legal & Administration areas.
Experience: +5 years in similar role providing overall assistant to leadership stakeholders mgmt including coordination tasks, billing, reporting, control & monitoring.
- Knowledge &/or interest in legal administrative operations, including matter tracking, document management & external counsel coordination is a plus. Knowledge in Compliance &/or Independent policy is a plus.
- Digital Tools: MS strong skills. Proficiency in financial & administrative systems.
Language: English advanced (both oral & written). French is a plus.
Softs skills: Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with sound judgment, highest level of integrity and confidentiality, discretion, ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demand in a professional services environment. Proactive, problem-solving, excellent communication & relationship skills.
