EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO DIRECTORS

$130k to $140K PLUS SUPER

The Role

A boutique investment & advisory group specialising in advanced technologies, national-security contracting and strategic innovation projects is seeking a polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. This role suits someone who thrives in a trusted business partner role, bringing structure, discretion and calm efficiency to busy executives operating across complex, high-level initiatives.

This position offers hybrid working with flexibility to work from home, balanced with some in-person collaboration. Candidates must be based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Complex diary and inbox management

Scheduling across multiple internal and external stakeholders

Preparing agendas, briefing notes, presentations and documentation

Domestic and international travel coordination

Expense processing and administrative support

Managing calls, enquiries and communication on behalf of the executives

Tracking action items, deadlines and follow-ups

Light personal assistance (appointments, reservations, errands)

About You

5+ years’ experience supporting C-Suite, founders or senior leaders

Experience supporting multiple executives is highly desirable

Polished communication and strong judgement

High level of organisation, initiative and follow-through

Tech-savvy and confident working autonomously

Strong stakeholder management and professional presence

Ideally with experience or interest in investment, advisory, technology or corporate services (helpful but not essential)

Newly created role so you must have the confidence to commence from a blank canvas

Ability to work across multiple time zones

Highly adaptable
