We are looking for a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as a “shadow” to the CEO, ensuring that all assigned tasks across the organization are tracked, followed up, and completed on time.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor all tasks delegated by the CEO and ensure their timely completion through proactive follow-up.

Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders throughout the organization.

Deliver organized updates and summaries that emphasize progress, delays, and challenges.

Keep comprehensive records of tasks, deadlines, and results.

Assess and verify the quality of work when necessary (strong proficiency in Excel and analytical abilities required).

Oversee the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements (including flights and hotels), and daily agenda.

Serve as the primary communication link between the CEO and internal teams.

Identify obstacles and actively work towards their resolution.

Requirements:

Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Excel, comfortable with data review and analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and persistently following through.
