We are looking for a highly organized and reliable professional to join our team as Executive Assistant to the CFO. This role is key in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting financial activities, and enabling the CFO to focus on strategic priorities.

What you will do:

• Organize agenda, meetings, business trips, and prepare minutes;
• Support the CFO with day-to-day priorities, deadlines, and project follow-ups;
• Collaborate with Controlling and Office Management teams;
• Contribute to reporting, digitalization projects, and cross-functional initiatives with local and group stakeholders:,
• Participating in internal meetings and ensuring alignment across teams.
