About the role

HackerRank is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our co-founder/CEO, Vivek Ravisankar, and increase his leverage by 100x.

What you’ll do

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and priorities to keep focus on what matters most.

• Partner with the CEO and e-team to drive key projects to completion.

• Plan and run company-wide rituals like all-hands and offsites.

• Support daily operations at the Santa Clara office and keep things running smoothly.

• High attention to detail: Nothing escapes your eye, whether that’s someone who hasn’t accepted a calendar invite or a misplaced font on the doc.

• Proactive anticipation: Ability to foresee needs, potential risks, and act accordingly.

• Annoyingly good: Ability to herd cats, follow-through in the various modes that work for different people, and ultimately ensuring the job is done.

• Steep learning curve: Ability to quickly understand company principles, market, and team dynamics with minimal intervention.

Compensation

• Base salary range: $135,000 – $160,000.
*This range doesn’t include bonuses, stock options, and benefits you will be eligible for.
