About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic support partner, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and schedules efficiently
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items
Track key priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Coordinate with leadership, sales, HR, finance, and external partners
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Support board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive communications
Assist with strategic initiatives, research, and special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or CXO-level executive
Experience working with US or global stakeholders
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, and CRM systems
Comfortable working across time zones
