We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Founder of a dynamic YouTube and Digital Media company. This role is integral to ensuring the CEO operates efficiently and effectively, managing their professional obligations while keeping an eye on the exciting landscape of digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Handle correspondence and communications with stakeholders and partners.
• Assist in the strategic planning and execution of digital media projects.
• Conduct research on digital content trends and insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
