Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Investment Officer in all parts of his professional and life schedule. This role requires an extraordinary degree of commitment and flexibility. It involves managing meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations, while anticipating needs and handling confidential matters with discretion. Success in this role will enable the CIO to deliver substantial impact to the firm.
Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, resolve urgent scheduling conflicts, and coordinate internal and external meetings with seamless logistics.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Provide personal assistant support, including scheduling appointments and managing personal errands; travel with the CIO to provide on-site support as needed.
• Anticipate needs and identify problems proactively, looking around corners for solutions and leveraging available resources to solve problems.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally with the CIO for one to four months per year.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
• Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
