 Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the business leaders. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract. 
 
Responsibilities: 
• Preparation of powerpoint presentations, reports, board level papers 
• Ability to build / maintain Excel reports 
• Diary management including arranging meetings. 
• Organising meetings and workshops. 
• Implementing and maintaining procedures and admin systems. 
• Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders. 
• Personal administrative support generally (filing, scanning, printing). 
• Travel arrangements & email-management. 
• Handling enquiries and requests. 
• Taking minutes of meetings and following up. 
• Setting up of purchase orders. 
• Responsible for ad hoc duties when required. 
Qualifications
Proven Executive Assistant / PA experience working in a fast-paced professional environment. 
• Ability to effectively manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and discretion in dealing with confidential information. 
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a creative, positive, can-do attitude. 
• Excellent people skills, both internal and external. 
• Independence, self-motivation, and a pro-active approach 
• Prioritization, organization, time management and follow through skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Advanced MS Office skills.
