The Role

Lumi is moving fast, and our co-founder needs a strategic partner, not just a scheduler. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who operates with high agency and total discretion. You will be the gatekeeper, the organizer, and the problem solver who keeps the executive office running flawlessly.

This is not a 9-to-5 job. It is a role for someone who thrives on chaos, creates order, and takes pride in making the impossible happen.

Borderline Obsessive Attention to Detail: Typos annoy you. Missed flights don't happen on your watch. You anticipate logistical failures before they occur and fix them.

Strong & Resilient: You have a thick skin. High-pressure situations don’t rattle you; they focus you. You can hold your ground and manage varied personalities with confidence.

Extreme Initiative: You don’t wait for permission. If you see a process that is broken, you fix it. If our co-founder forgets something, you’ve already remembered it for him.

Flexible & Available: Business doesn’t stop at 5:00 PM. You are willing to be available during off-hours, weekends, or different time zones as the business demands.

What You Will Do

Calendar Tetris: Manage a complex, ever-changing schedule. You don't just book meetings; you protect time and prioritize based on ROI.

Inbox Management: Filter noise, draft responses, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

•
Logistics & Travel: complex travel itineraries, reservations, and event planning.

•
Ad-Hoc Projects: Research, personal errands, or special projects. No task is too big or too small.
