About the Company:

Until is a moonshot company building a “pause button” for biology. Our near-term focus is organ-scale reversible cryopreservation: preserving donated organs at subzero temperatures without ice formation, then rewarming them uniformly for transplant. By solving this grand challenge, we’re laying the foundation for whole-body reversible cryopreservation, giving patients a bridge to future cures.

To achieve our goal, we are assembling an interdisciplinary team to develop perfusion systems, cryoprotectant formulations, and vitrification and rewarming hardware.

We envision a future where no transplantable organ is lost to logistics, and no terminal diagnosis is final because patients can safely wait for future medicine to arrive.


About the Role::
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Assistant & Office Manager to help keep our team and leadership running smoothly. This is a hands-on, on-site role reporting to our Head of Operations that blends day-to-day office operations with direct support for our C-suite.

You’ll be part of the connective tissue of the office—helping to create a productive, welcoming environment for the team while ensuring our executives are enabled to focus on high-impact work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in building systems that scale.


What You'd Do::

Provide high-touch administrative support to our C-suite, including: calendar management and scheduling across multiple stakeholders, meeting coordination and follow-ups, and arranging travel


Own day-to-day office operations in collaboration with Operations team members, including office layout and organization, grocery and office supply orders, etc


Jump in on special projects as needed—this role will evolve along with the company


About You::
• You are smart, curious, and genuinely excited by Until’s mission

• 2+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or similar roles


Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail


Strong sense of ownership and reliability; you follow through and get things done


Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively


Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment


High level of discretion and professionalism


Preferred Qualifications::

Experience supporting senior executives or founders


Experience at a startup or high-growth company


Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.
