Strategic Gears is a management consulting firm operating across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Spain, Qatar, and the UK — delivering Strategy & Transformation, PMO, Digital & Technology, and Financial Advisory across 13 sectors.
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Partners needs from our Madrid Office.
What You’ll Do:
• Draft and review communications on behalf of Partners — with the tone and accuracy the brand demands.
• Organize Partner-level meetings end-to-end: pre-reads, briefings, logistics, minutes, and action follow-through.
• Welcome visitors and represent the Madrid office front-of-house.
• Process expenses and coordinate with EAs across KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Spain and the UK.
• Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for Partners; resolve conflicts and prioritize sensitive matters proactively.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel across SG’s regional footprint.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years as an EA supporting senior leadership; professional services background (consulting, law, banking) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Full professional fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office and digital productivity tools.
