We are a fast-paced lemon law firm dedicated to advocating for consumers and delivering exceptional client service. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a Partner of the firm.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Partner provides high-level administrative and operational support in a dynamic legal environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong Outlook calendaring skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while anticipating the needs of firm leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct administrative support to a Partner of the firm
• Manage and maintain the Partner’s calendar using Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling meetings, court dates, deadlines, and travel
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare agendas and materials
• Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Partner
• Assist with document preparation, proofreading, filing, and organization
• Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Support case-related administrative needs as assigned
• Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and opposing counsel
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive legal, client, and firm information
• Perform additional administrative and office support duties as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and law firm experience required
• Strong Microsoft Outlook calendaring and scheduling experience is required
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate the Partner’s needs
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting partners, executives, or senior attorneys
• Familiarity with legal terminology, court deadlines, and case management processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

• $90,000-$120,000 depending on skillset and experience
