Daily calendar management conference call coordination, face to face meetings etc
Coordinate and plan extensive Travel arrangements as needed, and in accordance with guidelines
Complete/submit expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with company guidelines.
Collect and communicate weekly schedules for leaders & track master vacation schedules.
Ordering/processing/shipping of office supplies.
Reserve conference rooms / Telepresence meeting space
Manage conference /net bridge setup and communication for organizational calls
Provide logistics and onsite support for events and meetings
Provide support for general department administrative process
Printing, collating, shipping & mailing as needed for the organization
Provide recognition program support (certificates, mailings, nomination process)
Maintain sensitivity to changing priorities & confidentiality with necessary information
