Responsibilities:

• Organize, coordinate, and prioritize meetings, travel arrangements, and events, ensuring that all commitments are met efficiently.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring messages are conveyed promptly and accurately.
• Review incoming emails, identify urgent or priority tasks, and manage the follow-up and scheduling of action items accordingly.
• Provide support in organizing, tracking, and updating the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on schedule.
• Input and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Draft, update, and distribute internal reports, ensuring that all data is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions with clients, maintain accurate records, and help streamline workflows.


Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively managed.
• High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accuracy while entering and managing data.
• Experience with accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, and familiarity with software like QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and internal teams across different regions.
• Experience using MS Office, Google Suite, and project management platforms like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana to stay organized and manage workflows.

• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, both in writing and verbally, ensuring the smooth flow of information and understanding.

Schedule: Preference for availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST or PST)
