Role: Executive Assistant

Monthly Rate: $900 - 1100/month

Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week

Time Zone: 9 AM to 1 PM PST

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Requirements:
Experience Needed:

- Email management – organize and clear inbox, manage high volume of emails

- Calendar management – schedule and manage calls/meetings, avoid conflicts

- Booking calls and general scheduling coordination

- Admin support – general administrative work and follow-ups

- List building (prospecting/lead lists, research lists, etc.)

- Research tasks related to network, leads, and operations

- Using AI tools (e.g., Ask AI) to help with list building and data gathering

- Staying on top of tasks that typically fall through the cracks and keeping Jayde organized

Good to have:

- Experience using Attio

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Strong experience with Google Workspace (email + calendar), Slack, Calendly, and Claude AI

- Able to work 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time

- Solid admin/EA background, proactive and autonomous

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, etc.)

- Slack

- Calendly

- Any basic AI tools for research/list building (e.g., Ask AI)
