Executive Assistant | hirehire group

We’re looking for an assistant. Fully remote.

You’ll work directly with co-founders, Kostya and Mariam (that’s us in the photo).

We’re building two exciting companies at the same time:

• hirehire agency — a collective of very experienced designers and product managers operating as a recruiting agency

• hirehire.ai — an AI product that is changing how people conduct interviews and hire

Both are still at a very early stage.

We have a fair number of operational tasks across both companies, and we’d really benefit from some help.

If things go well and you enjoy the work, this role can absolutely evolve into something else over time: it all depends on where you’d like to grow. Overall, this can be a fantastic role if you want hands-on exposure to how companies are built.

What we need help with right away:

• A lot of administrative work (contracts, invoices, payments, accounting documents, etc.)

• A lot of travel planning (tickets, hotels). A few times a year, we try to organize team offsites. We’ll need help with those too, and you’ll be able to take part!

• A lot of content (posts, job descriptions, presentations, visuals). We have plenty of materials, ideas, and templates, but we need help packaging and publishing them. We’ll teach you everything we know!

• And there will definitely be other tasks, very different ones.

What we expect from you:

• Responsibility, accuracy, and honesty — without these, nothing will work.

• The ability to follow up, ping people, and make sure things move forward, and results happen.

• You’ve worked at a company before (not necessarily as an assistant) and can talk about the results you delivered.

• You’re not afraid of chaos; you know how to handle it and still get results. This is the third bullet in a row about results (probably not by accident).

• Excellent Russian and English. You write and speak clearly and confidently in both languages, and it comes naturally to you.

• You love learning.

• You actively work with AI and understand when it can be trusted — and when it can’t.

• You’re available in messengers and on calls within the European time zone, and you respond quickly.
