Executive Assistant (gn) Part-Time

You love bringing order into chaos, managing multiple stakeholders at the same time and are only satisfied when everything runs smoothly for others?As an Executive Assistant (gn), you support several executives in their daily business – structured, forward-thinking and with a strong hands-on mindset.
 

Your mission

• You manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and keep an overview even when priorities change at short notice

• You organize business travel including preparation, follow-up and expense reports

• You create and revise presentations and other required documents for executives

• You independently prioritize tasks, anticipate needs and proactively support multiple executives

• You act as a reliable interface between executives, internal teams and external stakeholders

• You deal flexibly with changing requirements and keep a cool head even in stressful situations

Your experience & skills

• You have solid experience as an Executive Assistant (gn) or in a comparable support role

• You have experience working with multiple stakeholders and operate confidently on executive level

• You are strong in self-organization, prioritization and forward-thinking work

• You communicate clearly, professionally and in a situationally appropriate manner

• You speak very good English and feel confident using it in daily business communication
