And we’re looking for a Executive Assistant - Full Time to start immediately

Client's Industry: Property Development / Real Estate Marketing
Client location: Australia
Assistant Schedule: 7:30am Sydney time to 3:30pm or 8am or 8:30am

Goal:
Reduce Andrew’s workload by delegating operational, CRM, and administrative tasks to a capable all-around Executive Assistant, allowing him to focus on higher-value activities.

Key Specific Tasks VA will do:
- CRM management (lead tracking, pipeline cleanup, templates)
- Property Shell stock and inventory updates
- Lead management and follow-ups
- Research on property areas and infrastructure
- Document and template creation for sales teams
- Marketing support and presentations
- Admin support and coordination
- Occasional client communication and qualifying calls

Software Tools and Websites Required:
- Property Shell
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Go High Level or similar)
- Microsoft Office
- OneDrive
- Dropbox
- Canva
- Xero

VA English Communications:
- **Reading/Comprehension:** High level | Needs to understand property documentation, CRM data, and instructions with minimal guidance
- **Written:** High quality | Will create documents, templates, emails, and sales materials
- **Speak:** Neutral / clear accent preferred | Will communicate with clients, agents, and internal team when needed

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
