We’re looking for a highly adaptable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant professional across all LATAM to support the client's growing business. We need someone who can handle a wide variety of responsibilities, anticipate needs, and help keep operations running smoothly.

The work will vary day to day, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing details, and supporting multiple areas of the business. This is a long-term, steady position with room to grow as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily company operations.
• Ensure continuity, efficiency, and accountability across teams and projects.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Apply strategic thinking to optimize processes through economies of scale.
• Coordinate effectively with remote team members.

Requirements:
• Experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar support role
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle shifting priorities
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
• Based in Latin America
