Job Description

We are a dynamic commercial real estate group seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—it requires strong commercial real estate knowledge, analytical ability, and marketing skills to help drive business growth.

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting executive operations while contributing to the preparation of financial and technical documents, marketing campaigns, and investor materials. You must have real, hands-on experience in commercial real estate and be comfortable working with financial metrics, spreadsheets, and presentation graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze real estate financial metrics including:
• NOI (Net Operating Income)
• Capitalization Rate
• Buildable Price per Square Foot

• Draft and design Offering Memorandums (OMs) for commercial real estate projects
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, financial models, and graphic presentations
• Support executives with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
• Manage social media accounts and create content aligned with company branding
• Coordinate and execute email campaigns for investor and client outreach
• Assist with research, reporting, and preparation of materials for meetings and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working in commercial real estate (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of NOI, OM, capitalization rates, and other real estate metrics
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and graphic tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience creating professional Offering Memorandums and investor packages
• Familiarity with marketing tools for social media management and email campaigns
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
