Autofleet supports the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers in optimizing existing operations and launching new, dynamic business models. We help our customers drive efficiency, maximize utilization, and scale innovative mobility solutions.

We are a fast-growing startup based in Tel Aviv, and we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO.
This role is part of the HR team and plays a key role in managing executive operations and company travel, while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support (CEO & CTO)

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and CTO.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and prioritize effectively.
• Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and supporting executive focus and efficiency, while collaborating closely with the executive team and relevant stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution.

• Own and manage executive-related administrative processes.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Travel Management

• Manage all executive and company travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Serve as the main point of contact for travel-related matters.
• Handle changes, last-minute requests, and complex logistics smoothly and efficiently.

Ad-hoc & Ongoing Support

• Support HR and leadership with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle urgent matters when needed.
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and clarity.


Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hebrew – advantage).
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support time-sensitive activities.
