Overview

The client is looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to work closely with him across multiple businesses.

This is not a "do what you're told" role.

It’s a high-trust, high-context position for someone who wants to understand how real businesses are run, how decisions are made, and how priorities are set when things move fast.

What you’ll do

You'll be deeply integrated into the client’s daily work and exposed to higher-level thinking across strategy, operations, and growth. If you see this role as "just admin", this is not for you.

Requirements:
Must have

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Extremely organized.
• Comfortable managing inbox, calendar, follow-ups, and day-to-day execution.
• Discreet. You will be exposed to sensitive conversations and decisions.
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools to support executive decision-making, research, content drafting, task prioritization, and workflow automation.
• This role requires a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and emotional maturity. And the client is looking for someone who is comfortable operating independently and taking ownership without constant direction.

• Background in digital marketing, operations, agencies, or tech.

• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Benefits:
• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
