You will be responsible for providing strategic administrative and organizational support to senior leadership team. 
• Direct support on daily activities to 3-4 members of the senior leadership team  
• Organizing business travel accommodation arrangement and handling all related logistics
• Rack daily expenses 
• Processing requests and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Managing complex schedules: planning meetings, scheduling appointments, and proactively managing reminders.
• Organizing business travel and handling all related logistics.
• Provide professional and, at times, personal support to managers (document formatting, presentation preparation, information management and processing).
• A degree in administration or secretarial studies
• Excellent command of English
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills, a keen sense of priorities, and great attention to detail.
• Very good proficiency in office software (MS Office).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding and constantly changing environment.
• High flexibility, particularly in adapting to unforeseen events, urgent requests, and a fluctuating work pace.
• Professional attitude, service-oriented mindset, and absolute discretion in handling sensitive information.
