Executive Assistant 2026

This role is based in San Francisco, CA (4+ days/week in office)

Modern Treasury is building the most trusted infrastructure for global money movement.

We’re hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a high-impact role focused on maximizing the CEO’s effectiveness and leverage. You’ll manage priorities, streamline operations, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. While the role is primarily dedicated to the CEO, you may occasionally support co-founders or take on special projects.

What You’ll Do

• Own complex calendar management, ensuring time is allocated to highest priorities

• Prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, and drive execution on key actions

• Manage communications, including drafting emails and handling inbound requests

• Coordinate travel, logistics, and day-to-day operations

• Provide support across personal and professional commitments

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase leverage

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• High judgment, discretion, and ownership

• Clear, concise communication

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

• Active user of AI tools to improve productivity and effectiveness

• Ability to be in the San Francisco office at least 4 days per week
